Terms
1. The above Quotation is based on Current prices of Parts, Labor & Miscellaneous and is valid for 30 days from the date issued .
2. If additional work or costs arise during the course of repair, your permission will be sought before such work is undertaken or costs incurred
3. Cash Customers will be required to pay the above stated deposit for workshop repairs, the machine / component will not be released from the workshop
until the total quotation value has been paid. All field service repairs must be fully paid in advance for cash customers
4. For customers with a credit account , the service department will obtain credit approval from Mantrac credit department prior processing the job.
5. If a Component / Machine is disassembled and quoted but no feedback is received from the customer with approval or refusal of the quotation within
90 days of the quote date, the customer will be required to pay additional storage fees of 100 L.E per week, for every week the equipment is in storage
above and beyond the 60 days permitted
6. Mantrac Service will complete the repair within 21 working days after reciving all parts and from receiving the customer approval and pay the cost according to Mantrac policy .

7. In case of refusal of the above quotation, the customer will be required to pay 50 % of the labour value for Strip & Quote costs in addition to the extra
storage fees. If any, before the component or machine is released.
8. All Mantrac repairs are covered with 6 months waranty for labor and 1 year warranty for all new fitted parts from the date of invoice.
9. All coolers “Engine after-cooler, Engine oil-cooler, Transmission oil-cooler, Hydraulic oil-cooler, Engine Radiator, Heat Exchanger …etc” shall be tested during engine/equipment
test. A separate quotation shall be submitted to the customer if any of them failed.
