Twenty-Sixth Updated Merit List - Private Sector Medical/Dental Colleges

1. As per PM&DC Regulations 2018, the candidates may be upgraded to another institution in subsequent merit list based on merit and preference and the fee deposited by upgraded Candidates in
previous institution shall be transferred to new institution without any deduction.

3. In case of upgradation as per the Candidate's order of preference, he/she will move to the next college.

4. Colleges are requested to ensure that candidate joining your college is to hold only one seat, as order of preference of MBBS & BDS of Private Sector Medical/Dental Colleges and HITEC
MBBS/BDS and HBS BDS runs separately. In case, if a candidate moves from other colleges/discipline, he/she has to forego one seat either of MBBS or BDS against the fee candidate has paid. To this
effect, candidates are required to render a certificate to NUMS and College.

Important Notice:

•      Errors and omissions are accepted.

•      In case of any discrepancies students are advised to contact NUMS within 24 hours of uploading merit list. After that no complaint will be entertained.

•      Admissions are subject to verification of the validity of documents by the respective College(s). 
(More attention is requested in verifing the validty of documents of selected students against the quota of foreign/dual national/overseas Pakistanis)

•      Selected candidates are advised to deposit their fee on or before 31st March 2019 by 1600 hrs to their respective colleges. Otherwise as per PM&DC regulation 
his/her admission will be cancelled and next merit list will be generated accordingly.

•      All respective Colleges are requested to update the list of those students who deposited the fee/did not deposit the fee with in due date using the NUMS portal for 
which credentials will be shared with each college.
