On June 3, 2019, the Office of ChiefTrial Counsel (OCTC), by and through Senior Trial

Counsel Eli D. Morgenstern, filed an application for the involuntary inactive enrollment of

Michael John Avenatti (Respondent). By stipulation filed June 5, 2019, the parties stipulated to

the withdrawal ofthe June 3, 2019 application and its immediate replacement with a corrected

application.

ORDER
For good cause shown, this Court orders that the parties’ request to withdraw the

Application For Involuntary Inactive Enrollment filed against Respondent on June 3, 201 9, is

hereby GRANTED without prejudice as to the re—filing of a corrected application for

Respondent’s involuntary inactive enrollment.
