Job Role:

 Looking after the personal welfare of employees and addressing their grievances

 Looking after the welfare and benefits associated with the employees

 Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities

 Verfifcation of the employee background through a keen nalysis of the previous

track records

 Assisting in back end Banking Operations

 Assisting in the gratuity and income tax filing of the employees

 Assisting in looking after the leave status and biometrics check of the employees

 Assist in sorting out the various travel claims and allowance put forward by the
employees in case of emergency travels

 Assisting in looking after the retirement of employees

 Assisting in sorting out the Mediclaims and NPS related benefits associated with the
organization employees
