Affidavit Cum No Objection certificate

We, 1. Chitra W/o Late Pichaikkaran, 2.Dheenadhayalan S/o

Late Pichaikkaran, Hindus, aged about 44, 20, 19, 17 years
respectively, both are residing at No.87/C rangasami naidu
Street, Periyagaram, Gingee and Taluk, Villupuram District Pin
604 202 in the state of Tamilnadu do hereby solemnly and
sincerely affirm and state as follows:
2.We declare that No.1 is wife No.2, No.3 and No.4 are the
sons and legal heirs of late Pichaikkaran.
3.We declare that Pichaikkaran Son of Vinayagam died intestate on
30.08.2018 leaving behind ourself to succeed to his estate. There are
ourself and Major Balasubramaniyam and Minor Balaji no other legal
heirs except our self. We are also obtained Death Certificate and Legal
Heir Certificate of deceased Late Pichaikkaran Son of vinayagam from
the competent authority.

4.We declare that Late Pichaikkaran Son of Vinayagam was worked as

cashier at Gingee Agriculture Bank Co-operative Society, Gingee.
Therefore, We are alone entitled to receive the job on compassionate
ground from Gingee Agriculture Bank Co-operative Society, Gingee

5.We declare that Late Pichaikkaran Son of Vinayagam has not

executed any Will or settlement deed with regard to the said from
Gingee Agriculture Bank Co-operative society, Gingee.

6.Therefore we declare that we give this affidavit on ourself and behalf

of minor No.4 in the capacity of next friend guardian (rep. by his
mother) we have no objection to give mercy ground job to No.2 of us
Dheenadhayalan.

7.We undertake to indemnify that Gingee Agriculture Bank Co-

operative society, Gingee, in the event of any loss or damage caused to
mercy ground job to No.2 of Dheenadhyalan

8.We declare that we has not concealed or misrepresented anyfacts
