Texas A&M Soccer Camp Information Packet

Dear Campers and Parents,

Welcome to the Texas A&M Soccer Camp. Howdy! We are very excited about the
opportunity to work with your child during our Soccer Day Camp. Our staff is
dedicated to the development of all our campers, and promises a dynamic, FUN camp.
Below, you will find a few reminders as you prepare for the Texas A&M Soccer Day
Camp.

If you didn’t input your insurance information when you registered, you may log into
your account and update that information. Click Here!

If you would like to purchase this year’s camp ball, you may do that through your online
account.

Check-in Information

When: June 24th (First day of camp); 8:30-8:45am (please don’t arrive early)
Where: Ellis Field (Parking is available in Lot 100G free).

Checklist of what to bring

 Soccer Shoes
 Shin Guards
 Soccer Ball (if you did not purchase one from the camp)
 Sun Screen
 Smile on your face!

Pick-up and Drop-off

Campers should be dropped off and picked up on the Reed Arena side of Ellis Field.
Please park in the Reed Arena parking lot (Lot 100G) and walk your camper across the
street to the soccer field. At the conclusion of each camp session you, or a designated
guardian, will be asked to sign your camper out of camp with his / her camp coach.

We, like most people, love pets! However, we kindly ask that you do NOT bring them when
you drop off or pick up your camper. Thank you!

9-10:30am Training Session and games at the Aggie Soccer Stadium
10:30am Check out – depart [Parents will need to sign camper out]

Tuesday, June 25th

8:55am Drop-off at the Aggie Soccer Stadium

9-10:30am Training Session and games at the Aggie Soccer Stadium
10:30am Check out – depart [Parents will need to sign camper out]

Wednesday, June 26th

8:55am Drop-off at the Aggie Soccer Stadium

9-10:30am Training Session and games at the Aggie Soccer Stadium
10:30am Check out – depart [Parents will need to sign camper out]

Thursday, June 27th

8:55am Drop-off at the Aggie Soccer Stadium

9-10:30am Training Session and games at the Aggie Soccer Stadium
10:30am Check out – depart [Parents will need to sign camper out]

Friday, June 28th

8:55am Drop-off at the Aggie Soccer Stadium

9-10:30am Training Session and games at the Aggie Soccer Stadium
10:30am Closing Ceremony at Aggie Soccer Stadium
