five days, I developed my socialization skills and improve my patience. We get along with other
students and also the customers that coming to the agency. They taught us the codes of the
places and also the phonetic alphabet. They also let us watch them book a flight and tells us
details on how to do those. It is not easy to do their work and also to learn is to have a long
patience. It is really a need to communicate with one another to understand each other. Ma’am
