Dear Sangguniang Bayan,

Warm greetings from our Barangay!

In-line to the Department of Natural Resources (DENR) mandate to the barangay

through the “Weekly Clean Up Drive” of Municipal Environment of Natural Resources
Office (MENRO), we as a good example barangay of this Municipality are always
complying with the said weekly clean up drive.

Through out to the said weekly clean up drive, our materials and equipment
especially our “grasscutters” in the barangay in cleaning, are affected as old age and
over used that results to breakdown.

In lieu, we are humbly requesting to your office a new grasscutter for our barangay
cleanliness maintenance equipment to resolve and cater the beautification through
cleanliness on our barangay.

We are hoping that your office can consider us on our request.
