Theme: It's More Fun In The Philippines

Outfit: Each unit will wear costume similar to the province/place chosen. Starts wearing the
costume in the morning.
Patag - Mountain Province
Bulua -Cebu
Iponan -Bicol
Alubijid -Tacloban
Gitagum-Bacolod
Initao -Buda (Bukidnin/Davao)
Manticao-Bohol
Exhibits: Food and Dry products from the chosen province/ place.
Use only one long table (provided)
Cover food products with cling wrap or any transparent covering
Make/place a tag or name to each of the product displayed
Achievement Report: Use slides or video using Power Point or Movie Maker.
No more actual narration. It is already in the slides or video.
5 minutes maximum.
The presentation is about the unit's enrichment activities, Visiting teaching and the like.
Product Demonstration: Each unit will demonstrate the process of their best product.
5 minutes maximum.
Lunch and morning snacks: By unit.
Afternoon snacks: RS stake will provide
Afternoon Program:
Please bring your Young Women who will be Relief Society this year.
Presentation will be 3 kinds in simultaneous for 20 minutes maximum.
Only the unit who will be its turn to present will stand.
The others will watch and wait for its turn to present.
Props and changing of costumes will be done after lunch and before the afternoon
program starts.

Iponan - Cleaning the CR
Alubijid -Cleaning the front yard
Gitagum-Cleaning Cultural Hall
Initao - Cleaning the aisle
Manticao-Cleaning the backyard
CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM AFTER USING.

Request: Initao, Alubijid and Gitagum will be at the ground floor due to the ages of the RS
members.
