 ROAD PLANNING AND DESIGN
JDSi has the ability to plan and design roads and highways from initial planning,
feasibility studies and concept designs through to detailed designs, tender and
construction drawings and technical specifications. In addition to geometric design
we also have expertise in pavements, seals, road safety and traffic control treatments,
major intersections, traffic signals, pedestrian facilities and associated infrastructure
to meet Main Roads Western Australia and local authority standards.

STORMWATER DRAINAGE
With increasing demand for sustainable and ecologically beneficial drainage
infrastructure, JDSi brings vast experience in providing stormwater solutions
across a variety of challenging projects. JDSi provides comprehensive drainage
strategies that satisfy a wide range of stakeholder interests as our drainage experts
are fully conversant with stormwater management and design including traditional
conveyance requirements such as flood studies, pit and pipe design, open channels,
culverts, and retention and detention systems both above and below ground.

EARTHWORKS
We use our extensive experience in providing Bulk Earthworks modelling and
strategies for a wide range of complex projects. Using our specialised software,
JDSi can accurately model various scenarios for review of volumes and finished
levels. Our in-house Geotechnical expertise adds significant value for sites with
difficult ground conditions.

UTILITY SERVICES
JDSi is a Water Corporation Prequalified Engineering Consultant for the delivery
of Headworks Assets and has expertise in the planning, design and contract
administration of Waste Water Pumping Stations, Water Distribution Mains,
water and wastewater reticulation and drainage.

ELECTRICAL & COMMUNICATIONS

JDSi provides design solutions for overhead and underground power reticulation,
network upgrades and reinforcement, power quality upgrades, overhead to
underground conversion, asset relocation and lighting design. We also undertake pit
and pipe reticulation design to appropriate telecommunications standards.
