Do you think e-testing is beneficial? Why/Why not?

In my 4th session of ICT Training, we discussed E-Testing, we looked at different ways in which
E-Testing can be done, such as Quizizz.com, go formative, Ed puzzle and also did how to learn to
type on rapid typing. They all had a different style of testing such as multiple choice items, short
answers and picture identification but it all comes down to which best is suitable for the teacher
and student.

I think that E –Testing is beneficial because there will be a great reduction in paper use, have
better ideas of how to do testing making it interesting , the test can be recycled and reused also
tests questions can be pulled from other people test. The teacher can be able to grade the
assignments faster and reduce stress. The student would be able to focus on their ability to
comprehend graphical animations which can relate to thoughts and ideas. The students can be
able to see their grades and teacher responses from assignments on a timely basis.

I can see that this can come to pass only if all stake holders are on board and that the pre-
requests for doing E-Testing is carried out at the beginning of secondary school or even sooner if
possible for example typing on the computer and the basic operation of the computer technology.

E-Testing is the future.
