1. Candidates are advised to make necessary arrangements for their travel / accommodation as per the above schedule
as the interviews may continue after 5.30 PM till late in the evening.
2. Candidates are also required to carry along with them a valid photo identification (driving license / PAN card /
Aadhaar card) issued by GoI, proof of date of birth, all educational certificates / mark sheets, work experience
certificates, caste certificates in GoI format, if any, No objection certificate from the present employer (in case
of currently employed candidates), for verification at the time of interview. No candidate will be allowed to appear
for the interview in the event of non – production of any of the above mentioned documents.

3. Interview call letters shall be dispatched to the mailing address provided in the application form shortly. Candidates are
advised to check their personal details and in case of any discrepancy write to recruitment@nplindia.org quoting the
same.

4. In the event of non-receipt of call letter till 17.06.2019, candidate may write to recruitment@nplindia.org intimating
the office. Candidates are advised to quote the following in their e-mail: “Non – receipt of interview call letter for
post of Scientist - Advt. No. Rectt. /02/2016” in the subject along with the following information:
a. Application Number
b. Name of candidate
c. Father’s Name
d. Date of Birth
5. No query whatsoever shall be entertained after 17.06.2019 (5.00 PM)

6. The call for interview is provisional and subject to verification of original educational/ experience certificate(s) as men-
tioned in the application and caste certificate, at any point of the recruitment process. Mere appearance in the interview
does not confer a right to the candidate to his/her selection in the laboratory.

7. If in case, any discrepancy in the information provided by the selected candidates is found during any stage of the
recruitment process, the selection of the such candidates shall be summarily rejected subject to the decision of the
Competent Authority, NPL.

8. In the event of failure to produce any of the original documents as given above, the candidate shall not be allowed to
appear for the interview under any circumstance, and no representation/claim whatsoever in this matter shall be en-
tertained.

9. The decision of the Competent Authority, NPL in all matters pertaining to this recruitment exercise shall be binding

and final. The Competent Authority, NPL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason

therefore.
