INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. There are TWO (2) pages in this Assignment including the cover page.
2. This assignment will contribute 10% to your final grade.
3. This is an individual assignment, which includes a presentation.
4. The date of the presentation will be determined by the lecturer. The content of
the presentation (power point slides) should be submitted with a cover sheet
which includes your name and ID number, subject name, subject code, and
lecturer's name.
5. Marks will be allocated for content and presentation skills.

IMPORTANT

Assignments must be submitted on their due dates. If an assignment is submitted after

its due date, the following penalty will be imposed:
● One to two days late : 20% deducted from the total marks awarded.
● Three to five days late : 40% deducted from the total marks awarded.
● More than five days late : Assignment will not be marked.

ASSIGNMENT

There are 7 parts in your group project report (brief introduction, model specification, model
estimation, model checking, final model, forecasting and conclusion). Divide and allocate
these parts to each individual member.

Each individual member is to prepare slides (max 4 power point slides) and present (3 minute
presentation) on his/her allocated part.

All group members must be present during the presentation.
