May 22, 2019, 10:00 am – Teachers’ General Assembly

May 23- 31 (time-as needed)- Teachers’ Academic Preparations ( e.g. Based on the Evaluations
submitted- prepare the revisions, recommendations, plan of
actions; Year-round curricular, co-curricular & extra-curricular
activities & programs)

June 3-11, (8:00am- 3:00pm) – Classroom Preparations

June 3 ( 9:00 am) – LC 1 & 2 , LEARNCom Meeting
June 4-5, (9:00am-12:00nn) – Seminar Echoing
June 5, (4:00 pm) – Maintenance Assembly
June 6, ( 9:00am) – LC3, LEARNCom Meeting
June 7-8 , (8:00am-4:00pm)- Aralinks Seminar
June 8,(9:30 am) – New Parents’ Orientation – Registration at 9:00 am
June 10, (9:00 am) – LC4 LEARNCom Meeting
June 13 -15 (as per load requirement)
June 15, 9:30am- ESC Scholar Parents’ Orientation
