RECREATIONAL HUB
AIM :-
The main aim is to design a recreational hub having the ambience
for social Activities, recreational, informal gathering and relaxation.

OBJECTIVES :-

• Providing both active and passive recreational areas.

• Providing open spaces for social activities
• Proving restaurants and outdoor spaces relating to them.
• Providing open air multipurpose area will house all kinds of
Social activities.
• Providing hygienic environment to the people.

SCOPE :-
The project is to be developed as fun club comprising recreational
along with the leisure facilities. The art and craft emporium
With exhibition and workshops will be the one of them
Or attractions of the club.

LIMITATIONS :-
The design is limited to solving the problems in site and building
level.

5 STAR HOTEL
AIM :-
TO DESIGN A FIVE STAR HOTEL WITH ALL THE REQUIRED FACILITES,
SERVICES AND PRESENT DAY TECHNOLOGY.

OBJECTIVES :-

• luxuries should be designed in star hotels such as, gym and

swimming pools, banquet halls ,service areas like laundry,
kitchen.
• need of detailed study of these spaces and interrelation
between them.
• proper placements of these services plays a very important role
in satisfying the needs of the costumer.
• Providing a service corridor for every floor to reduce timing and
to satisfy all the service needs of the costumer
SCOPE :-
• The scope of the study is broad based on business class people
providing a business centres and all typical facilities in it.
• A clear understanding of the planning and design aspects of the
institutions will be done.
• Requirement will be formed on the basis of surveys and
case studies along with the client specifications
