LENTILS WITH RICE

INGREDIENTS

 you need some lentils, 250 grams (necesitas algunas lentejas, 250 gramos)
 You need a potato peeled and chopped into squares (necesitas una papa pelada y picada en
cuadros).
 You need some grated carrot (necesitas un poco de zanahoria rallada)
 You need a little salt, not too much (necesitas un poco de sal, no demasiado)
 you need a lot of powdered garlic (necesitas mucho ajo en polvo)
 we need some water (necesitamos un poco de agua)
 you need few onions, they are peeled and chopped (necesitas pocas cebollas, están peladas y
picadas)
 you need, few tablespoon 3-4 extra virgin olive oil (necesitas, pocas cucharadas de aceite de
oliva virgen extra 3-4 )
 you need much chopped tomatoes (necesitas muchos tomates picados)
 We need some rice, 250 grams (necesitamos un poco de arroz, 250 gramos)

INSTRUCTIONS

Some lentils are incorporated 250 grams in a pot, along with a peeled and chopped potato, along with a
little grated carrot, in addition to incorporate a little salt not too much together with a lot of garlic
powder, add some water, turns on the stove and starts to cook for about 20 minutes until the lentils are
soft.
Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and gently cook a few onions for 3-4 minutes until
smooth and add lots of chopped tomatoes and season.
Then mix the stew with the lentils and let it rest to be served.

A Continuation in a pot add a little olive oil, along with a lot of garlic powder, then add a lot of water
and let it boil, Then you add a little rice 250 grams and let it dry and put a lid on it until the rice beans
are soft and ready this our recipe
