3.1 All applicants must complete all sections of the application form carefully and legibly. If the University discovers that
any information submitted by the applicant is false, it will reject that application and may refer the matter for legal
action.

3.2 All applicants must endorse at the bottom of this page that they have understood the notes given below and that

3.3 Applicants should submit this form to the Admissions Office, P O Box MP 167, Mount Pleasant, Harare, Zimbabwe.

3.4 The closing date for receipt of applications for admission is as advised in the published advert.

3.5 All applicants MUST submit, with this form, photocopies (NOT originals) of all qualifications/certificates referred to
in the application including birth certificates and I.D. cards. The copies of certificates must be certified by a
Commissioner of Oaths or Head/Principal of the institution at which the examinations were taken.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

All programmes require at least 5 ‘O’ level passes including English Language. Other requirements are indicated against each programme. All the programmes are fulltime.

Indicated points are for guidance only.

All applicants MUST have passed five (5) subjects, including English Language at ‘O’ Level and at least two (2) Advanced Level passes.

NB: AT ‘O’ Level, only grades A, B and C are considered.
