Fusian Kenwood Team Update 11/21/2017

Hi Everyone!

Great job this week! As always, thanks for working hard & being A+ human beings in general. Here's the
info:

1) SHIFT PLAN- stick to your spot on the shift plan for smoother shifts! This way you are free to do ALL of
the responsibilities of your assigned position and nothing is neglected.
-If you aren't sure of all the responsibilities of your assigned position, ask us!
2) SHIFT CHANGE- help your managers make sure that all of shift change is done by the time the AM
crew leaves- trash and boxes taken out, maki cutter clean, drink bubblers filled, soy bottles filled, FOH
clean, for here and to go trays stocked, etc. We'll start using the checklist we used to use again.
3) TABLE TOUCHES - make sure you're talking to customers out in the dining room, ask how they're
doing, offer to get them high chairs if needed, etc.
4) SECRET SANTA: sign up is posted in the BOH! Sign up by noon on Tuesday 11/28 and you'll be t
5) TEAM MEETING will take place on Saturday, December 9 at 7:45 AM.
-Attendance is mandatory
-Rick needs to be notified of any conflicts
-Failure to attend without prior approval from Rick will result in an automatic write-up.
