Upon motion of Councilor Ernesto S. Mercado, duly seconded the following

Municipal Ordinance was enacted:

MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 94-131

All members of the Sangguniang Bayan

AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE STANDARDIZATION OF FEES CHARGED

IN ALL COVERED COURTS/SPORTS COMPLEX LOCATED IN DIFFERENT
BARANGAYS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, WITH
THE EXCEPTION OF KOLISEYUM NG MAKATI IN BARANGAY PIO DEL
PILAR.

WHEREAS, Barangay Covered Courts/Sports Complex within Makati are

charging different rates for the use thereof;

WHEREAS, it is now imperative to standardize fees/charges in all covered

courts/sports complex within Makati, so as for its constituents to be enjoying
same privileges in paying uniformed rates for the use of the covered
courts/sports complex they so desire;

WHEREAS, the amount or fees collected or the proceeds realized from the use
of the Barangay covered courts/sports complex shall be remitted to the Makati
Municipal Treasury to be used for the maintenance of the said covered
courts/sports complex;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE

MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, IN SESSION
ASSEMBLED, THAT:

Section 1. The standardization of fees charges in all Covered Sourts/Sports

Complex located in different Barangays in the Municipality of Makati, Metro
Manila, with the exception of Koliseyum ng Makati in Barangay Pio del Pilar is
hereby mandated.
Section 2. Fees to be charged in the use of the Barangay Covered
Courts/Sports Complex located in different Barangays are as follows:

1. For Non-Residents - P100.00 per hour without lights

P200.00 per hour with lights

2. For Residents with I.D. - P25.00 per hour without lights

P100.00 per hour with lights

Saturday and Sunday - Open for Barangay Residents with I.D.

from 8:00 o’ clock in the morning to
10:00 o’ clock in the evening.

Section 3. The Barangays concerned are hereby directed to issued additional

guidelines regarding the use, cleanliness and safety of the Covered
Courts/Sports complex and these guidelines should be posted therein in a
conspicuous place. The guidelines should include the no liability clause of the
sports complex for loss of any article therein.

Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance be furnished the Barangay Affairs Office and
all the Barangay concerned for their information, guidelines and dissemination.
