    WORK FROM HOME POLICY­ Remote Astrologers

    Objective
    To lay down the guidelines on ‘Work From Home’ for the astrologers working from 
    remote locations

    Salient Features

    • Pandit Ventures Pvt Ltd as an organization does not encourage Work From 
    Home (WFH) for its employees.
    • In its current stage of evolution, where speed and quality is critical, we believe 
    astrolgers need to have their freedom and space for work hence we do offer few 
    astrologers with the option of work from home.
    • In this criteria there are few policies which are not applicable for the remote 
    astrolgers mentioned below:
       a. Leave Policy
       b. WO policy
    • Any employee who is working for less than 8 hrs will not be able to eligible for 
    WO within a week.
