I am a fourth-year student of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology taking up

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In partial fulfilment of the requirements of this degree, I am
required to an On-the-Job Training for a minimum of 320 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT) this
summer term (June-July) of 2019.
