● Kicking off next year as a staff- Community Scavenger Hunt? Implements P2

Traits, last year we learned about the traits through the scavenger hunt, this year

● Huddle Information from Auburn and Deerfield. Discuss information with teachers
from Auburn and Deerfield
○ Conversation in May at staff meeting; staff buy-in
○ How did the development of huddles work- timing, etc.
○ Half hour each huddle
○ Weekly, monthly?
○ Is there a way to build it into the master schedule including every staff
member?
○ Consider grouping of students
● End of the Year P2 Celebration- picture, etc?
● Meemic grants; Defeat the Label- choose students from each building to go to
the assembly
○ Tshirts- new tshirt each year? Different design/color
○ Kick-off assembly
○ Monthly assembly recognition

● Replace P2 shirts with class tshirts?

● New P2 trait board for MSTEP
● Strategizing for communication with parents- show students in action, real-life
examples from class
● Seesaw Sample for teachers
● Arryn- big picture for parents, teachers- demonstrate students in action
● Tie P2 into a reading/math night
