1200 calories Diet chart for weight loss.  

● Early Morning :- Luke warm water + Lemon or Green Tea / Black 


Coffee  

● breakfast:- 1-2 chapati + veg+ salad or papaya or 1 bowl poha or 2 slice 


of brown bread with peenut butter or 2 slice of brown bread ( toasted 
with salad into it) 

● Morning Snacks - Sprouts or cucumber or Pineapple or namkeen 


daliya or salad or mix juice (without sugar) 

● Lunch - Brown Rice/chapati + Salad + Curd + Daal/vegetables  

● Evening Snacks - Green Tea/ Coffee/ Pineapple Juice or moong daal 


Sprouts  

● Dinner - Boiled Vegetables or Any Soup or Salad or any fruit 

● Before bed - 1 Glass Milk ( without Sugar) 

● Minimum 20 Glass of water in day.
