URGENT MOTION TO POSTPONE

(WITH APOLOGY)

PLAINTIFF, by counsel, and to this Honorable Court, most

respectfully moves that the hearing set for February 26, 2019
be postponed as counsel for plaintiff had to attend a previously
scheduled hearing Re: Angeles Et. Al., vs. Civil Case No.
2012-1047 at the Regional Trial Court of Initao Misamis Oriental
Branch 44 on the same date thus had no more available recourse
but to pray that the scheduled hearing set by the Honorable Court
be moved to March 12, 2019 at 8:30 in the morning or to a
later date at the convenience of the Court;

That this motion is not intended to cause any delay in the

administration of justice.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays, with the kind indulgence of the

Honorable Court, that the Motion be granted and to have the
same set on March 12, 2019 at 8:30 in the morning or at the
earliest possible date that could be accommodated by the court
calendar.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
