I. INTRODUCTION

Education is indeed indispensable in the growth of a nation and its success is not only achieved
by means of imparting knowledge, developing skills and strengthening values but also in terms of
maintaining an environment free from accidents and violence.

By implication, protecting a school and maintaining its good organizational climate are
everyone’s responsibility. This social imperative has been translated into a socio-civic action
following the implementation of Brigada Eskwela that is the best opportune time to show
volunteerism, solidarity and concern to the students’ second home.

We can ensure quality and excellence in education by asking ourselves the questions; what it is
and how to do it. With these questions we are already doing strategic thinking where concepts and
ideals diverge yet converge to come up with the most viable plan by simply articulating, in a cohesive
manner what we need and how these needs can be achieved, As we go on with the process, we need
to save things that can be useful in expanding our thoughts in the pursuit of a better quality of
education. In line with this, Brigada Eskwela is truly an effective gateway to creating positive changes
in the society, establishing an army armed with the willingness to serve and make a difference from
a clean –up-and-beautification drive to a festive gathering of students, teachers, school officials,
parents, community members, local government officials, non-government organizations, church
groups and the private sectors

II. ACTIVITIES
DAY 1. MOTORCADE

Guided by the this years theme, AGKAKAISA ARA SA HANDA, LIGTAS AT MATATAG NA AARALAN
TUNGO SA MAGANDANG KINABUKASAN, CSHI teaching and non teaching staff , together with other
stakeholders had a MOTORCADE, as a way of informing and encouraging role to start joining Brigada
Eskwela, as to do activities related in making the school conducive and ready as the School Year
