 What is the general idea of the topic- Community Visit Protocols?

Community visit protocols are important for students for their well-being as they must cooperate as
much as possible with the advisers and the whole class. They must always be respectful and not go
deciding only about their selves but also the welfare of the others. Following orders and cooperation
is a must during community visit protocols as it enhances a student’s skill in socialization and their
improvement as a human being.

 Define “Protocols”.

Protocols are the official procedure or system of rules by the administration. These are guidelines or
measures that everyone in the community especially the students that must follow.

 What are the importance of protocols?

Protocols are important in order to maintain order and confusions that may happen during the
community visit. It is very essential to follow each protocol in order to accomplish a successful task
and to avoid any discrepancies.

 What is the purpose of protocols in community visits?

The protocols in community visits serve as guides and rules which are really important in order to
avoid any failure and any unwanted issues that may happened during the community visits since
there are students who are naughty and might go out without any rules and guidelines.

 Enumerate at least 3 general protocols being used in community activities or social or corporate
events.

- Avoid smoking and drinking liquor including gambling during the immersion.
- Don’t try to disrespect anyone and learn to socialize with others.
- Be a good role model and avoid showing any annoyance or disgust to anyone.
