The reviewers decide to continue publication to our proceedings after revision.

Please kindly note, to be accepted in Our Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Applied
Science and Health (ICASH) on 23-24 July 2017, your paper should meet the standard of International
Publication.

Please carefully follow these following instructions. Check the list carefully before you send your
revision.

Comments and suggestions from the reviewers can be found in the manuscript, and the full paper
may or may not be accompanied with a review sheet. If you found two manuscripts, it means that
your paper has been blindly double reviewed by two reviewers. You may need to use one of them,
but MUST include comments from the two reviewers. If found with a review sheet, Authors should
complete the suggestions written in the Review Sheet.

Kindly note, we will NOT CONTINUE your paper to the next process if fail to meet one of the
instructions.

☐ Use ONLY the attached manuscript for your development. The full paper has been formatted by our editorial
team.
☐ Type your revision part with “Red Font” instead of black to complete reviewers’ suggestions and comments.
Our team will check the file to ensure you follow all reviewers’ recommendation. Don’t delete any comments.
☐ Follow the guideline. See how we write the citation and references. Please follow the guidelines for author to
develop your paper. We use Vancouver style for citation and references. Use Reference Manager tools for
better results. You may need to edit your Reference Manager to get “[ ]” for your citations. Carefully pay
attention, the “[ ]” should in the sentence. Details see in this link -

☐ The paper contents grammatical error, and need to be proofread. Even some, still use non English language.
You can ask your friend to check. But if we noted at the file name that the paper requires a Certificate of
Proofread and English Editing Service, authors are required to provide and send us the Certificate from the
Language Service Center (mostly, It will take 3-5 days).
☐ Use international unit when using decimal. Decimal uses (.) not (,).
☐ Table/Figure should be numbered and started by 1. Please recheck in the text, following the changes in
table/figure number. Table/Figure should be read well and interpreted. Table and figure should be clearly
mentioned in the text, following the order.
☐ Use grammar check before send your file to us. When do any changes, turn off the TRACK CHANGES feature.
☐ Our publications will not tolerate any plagiarism. Your participation will be directed to Poster session if we
found an indication your submitted paper has been published.
☐ Complete name of authors and the affiliation, also the numbering of affiliation. Write your faculty/department
name before your institution (Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang). Example: Midwifery Postgraduate Program,
Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, Indonesia. Consult to your advisor.
☐ Don’t change the file name. To indicate you send us the correct file, add “REVISED” in the end of the file name.

7 June 2019

Deadline for Full Paper revision

(If required, it should be accompanied with Certificate of Proofreading and English Language Editing):
15 June 2019

Please send your revised file to your coordinator. Use your time effectively.

We suggest you to complete the comments and suggestions in your Full Paper first, before send it to the
Proofreader. Don’t wait until the deadline. Remember, sending your manuscript to Language Center for
Proofread will take 5-7 days.

No more revision after this process, then if fail meet the above instructions, the paper will not be further
proceeded. Your participation can be directed to poster session, even rejected.

Lastly, you may add “Acknowledgment” section before References in your content to appreciate any
persons or/and institutions.
