22.10.1993 further clarified vide UO No. 47222/ ENG/ G-212 Dtd. 07.07.1995 and Memo. No.
139998/ 141648/ ENG/ G-212/ Vol-8/ Loose dated: 23.10.1998.

Civil & SE/ Elect. respectively over those who are otherwise senior to him/ her/ them but whose cases
are not complete for want of certain formalities.
