Bisquick
Waffles

Ingredients:
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 1/3 cups milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Procedure:
1 Heat waffle iron; grease with vegetable
oil or shortening.
2 Stir ingredients until blended. Pour onto
center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle
iron.
3 Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming
stops. Carefully remove waffle.

Omelette

Ingredients:
1 tbsp / 15g butter
3 eggs
2 tbsp cream (or 1 ½ tbsp milk)
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese

Procedure:
1 Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
2 Cool skillet and lower heat to medium.
3 Add butter, then when it foams, add egg. Immediately give it a
few stirs (as though you’re making scrambled eggs) then when
the base just starts to set, spread it all out to cover the base
(see video).
4 Wait 20 - 30 seconds, then use a rubber spatula to lift up the
edge, tilt pan to make the egg run off the surface under the om-
elette. Repeat 2 or 3 times around the edges of the omelette.
5 Sprinkle half the omelette with some of the cheese, top with
mushrooms, sprinkle with thyme and parsley, top with remaining
cheese.
6 Cover with lid and cook for 30 seconds or until the underside is
light golden and top is just set – cheese won’t melt.
7 Fold omelette in half to cover mushrooms, transfer to serving
plate immediately – residual heat will melt cheese.

Cinnamon
Roll

Ingredients:
For Rice Krispies For glaze
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, plus more 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
for pan to room temperature
2 (12-oz.) bags marshmallows
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon, plus more for
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
dusting
1/4 tsp. kosher salt 2 tsp. heavy cream, optional
10 c. Rice Krispies
Procedure:
1, Grease a 9”-x-13” baking pan with butter. In a large pot over
medium heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows stir until completely
melted. Stir in cinnamon and salt, then remove from heat and stir in
Rice Krispies.
2. Pour into pan and gently smooth top. Let cool for 10 minutes,
then cut into 12 squares. Use your hands to round the edges and
shape Rice Krispies into rounds. Let cool completely.
3. Meanwhile, make glaze: In a medium bowl, combine cream
cheese and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and
beat again until smooth. If icing is too thick, add heavy cream tea-
spoon by teaspoon until desired consistency is reached. Transfer to
a piping bag.
4. Cut a small hole in piping bag and pipe swirls of frosting onto
each Rice Krispie treat. Dust with cinnamon and serve.

Cocumber
Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 thick slices whole wheat 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
bread 1 slice tomato
2 tablespoons cream cheese 1 leaf lettuce
(softened) 1 ounce pepperoncini
6 slices cucumber (sliced)
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts ½ avocado (mashed)
1 teaspoon olive oil

Procedure:
1.Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon cream
cheese.
2. On one slice of bread, arrange cucumber slices in a
single layer.
3. Cover with sprouts, then sprinkle with oil and vinegar.
4. Layer tomato slices, lettuce and pepperoncini.
5. Spread other slice of bread with mashed avocado.
6. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
