their respective Delegation Heads and Assistant Heads and Small Group Heads—for
this day of arrival.

1. ARRIVAL POINTS

A Delegation is expected to arrive in any of the following points:

a. Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) in Lapu-lapu City
b. Cebu City Bus Terminal, either North or South
c. Cebu Pier in Cebu City

In each arrival point identified above, an Info Desk is present, where NYD2019Cebu
volunteers are ready to assist particularly the Delegation Head or Small Group Head.

The Delegation or Small Group will be ushered to their assigned transportation which
will take them to their assigned Reception Area.

While in transit, the Delegation Head/ Small Group Head collects the Identification Card
of each pilgrim in his/her Delegation/ Small Group. This ID will be needed for the
reception process.

IMPORTANT NOTE
For delegations arriving on April 23 in Cebu: if there is any change in the arrival
information which you have supplied to the NYD2019 Registration Team via the
Delegation List, then the Delegation Head and Assistant Head are kindly asked to
update the NYD2019Cebu Registration Team via nyd@cbcp-ecy.ph.

If arriving in Cebu earlier than April 23: From your personally arranged
accommodations, please proceed to your assigned Reception Area between 6:00 AM
and 6:00 PM of April 23. Also, please confirm with your own Festival Site Coordinator
your ETA in the Reception Area.

a. Verification: Head presents the IDs of each pilgrim, to be checked.
b. Issue of Receipt: Delegation Head (only) receives OR.

to share in the life of their assigned family/ community.
