A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE A SENIORS PROM FOR THE GRADE 10 STUDENTS
OF AGUSAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the Seniors of the Junior High School Department will soon be leaving the alma
mater, and as part of our traditionto conduct aget-together for graduating seniors trickled
down from higher education to high school;

WHEREAS, considering the fact thatthe grade 10 students of batch 2017-2018 was not able to
experience the said event, this year, the Grade 10 Representatives would like to conduct a
remarkable event that will forever be cherished;

WHEREAS,prom is considered as the best night of our high school life; the chance for students
who have resided for the previous four years on the bottom rungs of the social ladder
have to magically step into the spotlight and shine;

WHEREAS, the importance of the said event should be acknowledged since it is the avenue
where students get the opportunity to develop their social skills and allow them
topresenttheir selves with class and confidence. Given the chance for them to mingle and
communicate with their peers for the last time;

WHEREAS,every prom night has a formal dinner and dance to teach middle-class teenagers
proper social skills;

WHEREAS,the Supreme Student Government as the highest governing body has the right to
spearhead an activityinvolving students with good social communication skills.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Marianne Nicole E. Dorico and Marcylla D.
Petalcorin, Ethan Rymon R. Alatraca, Christian Jay I. Horserada, Jana Kathryn B.
Agustin, Vanesse Richen B. Servillon, Grade 10 Representatives, in pursuant to their
written General Plan of Action during the filling of their candidacy and with the
privileges granted by the constitution, be it

RESOLVED, that the Supreme Student Government, as a united body furnishes this resolution
to allow a SENIORS PROM to take place in(venue) and be added on the school’s
calendar of activities;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Supreme Student Government shall allow the Secretary of
the governing body to disseminate a copy of the resolution to the School Head, the
Department Heads, etc. Undersigned by the elected officers S.Y. 2018-2019.
