UGAmart 19.

1 Feature Enhancements
On Friday, April 5, UGAmart will begin upgrading to version 19.1. UGAmart will be unavailable
beginning at 9:00 pm on Friday, April 5 through approximately Noon on Sunday, April 7. The
enhancements to UGAmart are listed below.

 1) New Shopping Experience
In 19.1, the development of the new shopping experience continues in order to streamline, simplify,
and modernize the user shopping experience. Jaggaer added simple search, advanced search, and
non-catalog item entry tabs to the search field on the Shopping home page and dashboards, making it
easy to switch between search options. Go to and Browse links have also been added to provide
access to additional items.

In these examples, you can see the current look of the shopping home page and the widget allowing
the user to toggle between the Classic and New Shopping experiences.

After the toggle icon is clicked the end-user can select to switch to the new shopping experience or
stay with the classic experience. Click “save” to record the change or “cancel” to retain the previous
setting.

 2) New Orders Search “beta”
Jaggaer is making updates to the document search functionality. This is a work-in-progress for
Jaggaer and it is being released in beta format for users to test and provide feedback to Jaggaer.
Just like the earlier feature enhancement the orders search functionality can be toggled on and off.

There are a few things to note about the Orders Search enhancement.

 Jaggaer is actively developing the Orders Search feature and you can expect updates
between major releases in July and November

 Some of the features found in the Documents Search have not been implemented in the
Orders Search, but Jaggaer is working to bring them to us as quickly as possible
o Search Export is currently not an option on the Orders Search page

 Remember, you can always switch back to the current search interface using the toggle at the
bottom right-hand corner of the page

The new search enhancement is listed as Orders in the left-hand menu and provides a Quick Search
option as well as the ability to add various Filters to narrow down end-user searches.

feature directly to Jaggaer’s development team. Feedback given on this feature is not shared
with UGA Procurement.
