Sub:- Non receipt of flood relief & benefit under the scheme-‘GHAR TAK PAKKI GALI-
NAALIYAN” under NITISH’S Saat Nischay Yojna of Bihar.

Dear Mam,

This is to brought your notice that myself Somesh Chandra s/o Ram naresh yadav, r/o
Moh-Bakerganj, Vill-Abhanda, Ward No. 40, Laheriasarai was a flood victim from flood came in
September 2017.

Your staff had come and took out entire picture of the situation through which I have gone
through on account of flood. Even your staff had took out my Voter ID card & Adhaar card for
flood survey and identity purpose but I have not been compensated from the flood relief
announced by our respected CM Shri Nitish Kumar till today.. In this regard you are requested
to please provide me the following details:-

1. Provide me the reason why my family has not been given flood relief till today
2. Provide me the certified copy of the flood suvey sheet of ward no. 40.
3. Provide me the certified copy of list of the beneficiaries of flood relief of ward no. 40

Apart from above we have not been provided any benefit under the scheme-‘GHAR TAK
PAKKI GALI-NAALIYAN” under NITISH’S Saat Nischay Yojna of Bihar till today.My family has
repeatedly requested to you for providing such benefit but you have not bother to even
think about it. In this regard you are requested to please provide us the valid reason why
you have not taken any action in this regard. My family has personally builded and repaired
50 % of the “gali and nali” in front of my house out of my own fund as there was no any
option because it was the last resort from my family. Please tell me who is responsible for
this .Provide me the valid reason why you have not initiated any action in this regard so far.

You are requested to reply me in writing within 10 days on my below mentioned addressby
speed post, otherwise I have to go to the higher authority to expose your irresponsible
duties and scams.i have also attached herewith photo of flooded house of mine for your
kind consideration.

I hope you will not force me to seek remedies from higher authorities.

One copy is also forwarded to our Mayor of Darbhanga Nagar Nigam.
