Establishing Logical References

Module Overview:
Creo Schematics is a separate software product from Creo Parametric that enables you to create 2-D routed
systems diagrams, including block, circuit, and wiring diagrams. These diagrams can be used to pass design
information into the Creo Parametric 3-D harness design. This design information is used to help
automatically designate the assembly connectors and specify entry port information.

Objectives:
After successfully completing this module, you will be able to:

• Have an overview on logical referencing.

• Investigate Creo Schematics diagrams.

• Export data from Creo Schematics.

• Import Creo Schematics data into Creo Parametric.

• Autodesignate components.

• View designation information.
