    STUCKPIPE DECISION TREE ACTION PLAN


    STUCK PIPE @ 2099.58 M PLAN EXECUTION

    DO WORK ON PIPE
    1. Jar Down with maximum trip load, applied Torque
    2. Stop or reduce circulation when cocking the jar and when jarring down (due to pump open force
    effects). Note : Pump Pressure will increase the hydraulic jar up-blow, and decrease the down blow.
    3. Continue jarring (Down and Up) until string is free. Jarring for 10 hours may be necessary.
    Do this till 24 hours since stuck happened

    1. Run primacord 10 lilitan @2070 m, Unsuccessful
    Do : Do : 2. Run primacord 13 lilitan @2046 m, rangkaian terlepas belum
    1. Increase the circulation to maximum 1. Run Free point indicator tool sesuai kedalaman rencana di 2046 m
    3. Run colliding tool di 2046 m, string tidak berhasil putus
