temperature before each and every process as per the specification.

 Check the working equipments test certificates; consumables test certificates

before given the work permit.

 Check the operator qualified certificate before given the work permit.

 Monitored the blasting operation against air pressure, air moisture level.

 Check the profile height and surface cleanness & surface contamination test
before given the work permit to painting.

 Worked with painting team to qualify new development job.

 Promoted and encouraged safe work practices and team work.

 Vendor assessment & new vendor development of coating components.

 Quality improvement, creating awareness against painting defects.
