OnePlus 7 Guaranteed Exchange Price TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This is a limited period promotional offer ("Offer") provided and funded by Service Lee
Technologies Private Limited ("Brand"), and made available on www.amazon.in and/or the mobile
application (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of
Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of
Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect
to the Offer only. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon and/or the Brand shall have
the right to revoke the Offer at any time without any prior written notice in this regard.

3. You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India; (b) have set India as your current
country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) have a billing address in India; and (d) are 18
years or above.

4. The Offer is valid from 12:00 a.m. on June 4, 2019 to 11:59 PM. on June 30, 2019 ("Offer Period"),
unless revoked or extended by the Brand, in its sole discretion, without any reason or prior notice,
and without liability.

5. During the Offer Period, any person who: (a) purchases any variant of the 'OnePlus 7' smartphone
("First Smartphone"); and (b) purchases a guaranteed exchange price policy provided by the
Brand ("Policy") along with the purchase of the First Smartphone; will be eligible to receive a
guaranteed exchange price for the First Smartphone, as per the 'Schedule I' to these Offer Terms,
if such person exchanges his or her First Smartphone at the time of purchase of another
smartphone through Amazon.in ("Second Smartphone").

6. To be eligible for this Offer, at the time of purchase of the Second Smartphone you must provide
the brand name, model and IMEI number of the First Smartphone, along the Policy with which it
was purchased, on the product page of the Second Smartphone. For customers who are eligible
for this Offer, the applicable guaranteed exchange price will be deducted from the sale price of
Second Smartphone as a discount at the time of checkout, subject to the details available on

U].

7. The redemption of the Policy / Benefit is subject to the quantity restrictions indicated against certain
smartphones on Amazon.in. If there is a quantity restriction on the purchase of the Second
Smartphone, and the customer has already purchased the units thereby exhausting the quantity
restriction (without availing the benefits under this Offer), the Offer cannot be redeemable against
the excess quantity.

8. By participating in this Offer and to avail the Benefit on the purchase of the Second Smartphone in
exchange of the First Smartphone, the customer agrees to the following:

(i) all the data in the First Smartphone (if any and wherever applicable) will be erased before
being exchanged under the Policy; and
(ii) in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data is still accessible due to any
reason, Amazon or its affiliates, and any other person involved in the administration of the
Policy or this Offer will not be responsible for the same and you will not approach any of
the above parties for any retrieval or deletion of the data.

9. You understand that the Second Smartphone delivery and the First Smartphone pickup will happen
simultaneously (hand in hand) and you will keep the First Smartphone ready to be given. In the
event you refuse to provide the First Smartphone at the time of delivery, you agree that the
transaction may be cancelled and the Benefit will not be provided to you.
10. Once the First Smartphone is sent for exchange under the Policy, under no circumstance can the
First Smartphone be returned to you.

11. Each customer is entitled to the Benefit only once. In the event you return the Second Smartphone
as per the applicable Amazon policies, the First Smartphone will not be returned to you and you
will not be entitled to avail the Benefit.

12. The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than OnePlus 7
smartphone.

13. The Benefit provided under this Offer is completely funded by the Brand, to the total exclusion of
Amazon.

14. The Brand reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of
the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or
grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Offer and/ or the Benefit in any
manner whatsoever.

16. The Brand reserves the absolute right to alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior
notice.

17. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely
on a "best effort" basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.

18. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms and expressly
agree that: (a) Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage
whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; and (b) Amazon
will not mediate any disputes or differences between you and the Brand in relation to this Offer.

19. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection
with this Offer / Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
