Philosophy of Education

As an aspiring administrator in education, I believe that every student is teachable and

reachable. All students are able to learn regardless of their economic status, gender, disability, and or

nationality. All students deserve an equal opportunity to learn and to receive quality education. As a

leader in education it is my priority to make sure all students are held to high expectations in a school

campus that is not only safe, but also welcoming to all.

A leader should not be one that dictates and delegates duties, but instead should be one that

collaborates and works together with his or her staff and students to reach goals and follow a common

vision for the campus. As an education leader I believe that all means all. Mr. X, Y, or Z’s, students are

also my students, all students are my students, and together we can work towards the success of all

students. When a leader works with his or her staff and students, anything is possible.
