ROUND 3- INTERVIEW

ROUND 2- TRAINING DEMONSTRATION

ROUND 1- WRITTEN TEST


DESIDERATUM FROM A CANDIDATE

A Soft Skills Trainer is expected –


1. to be well versed with the subject.
2. to have thorough knowledge of Grammer as well as Personality Development
3. to have excellent communication skills
4. to have a confident body language
5. to be assertive
6. to deliver interactive training sessions
7. to have sound vocabulary
8. to have a professional attitude and exhibit excellent work ethics

ROUND 1- WRITTEN TEST


The candidate will be evaluated on Soft Skills through a written test. The test will analyze the candidate’s
knowledge about Vocabulary, Grammer, Reading Comprehension & Critical Reasoning. Only the qualifying
candidates will move to Round 2 of the selection process.

ROUND 2- TRAINING DEMO


The candidates who qualify for Round 2 are required to give a training session demo on any one topic each
from both the categories given below-

A. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

i. Listening Skills
ii. Personal Grooming
iii. Body language
iv. Time Management
v. Team Building
vi. Leadership Skills
vii. Group Discussion
viii. Resume Writing
ix. Personal Interviews

B. VERBAL ABILITY

i. Tenses
ii. Subject Verb Agreement
iii. Adjectives
iv. Adverbs
v. Prepositions
Guidelines for Delivering the Training Demo-

1. Kindly prepare a PowerPoint presentation on any one topic of Personality Development from the
9 topics mentioned on the previous page.
2. Kindly prepare any one topic to give white board lecture on grammer from the 5 topics
mentioned on the previous page.
3. Kindly adhere to a formal dress code.
4. Kindly carry your laptop for delivering the presentation.
5. The candidate is expected to be thoroughly prepared with the topic as well as the subject in
general.
6. The candidate is expected to deliver an interactive session.
7. The demo should be of minimum 15 minutes for each topic.

ROUND 3- INTERVIEW

The qualifying candidates will appear for a one to one interview with the Deputy Director-Career
Development and showcase their subject knowledge while exhibiting their confidence and positive attitude.
The interview will cover in depth analysis of the candidate’s knowledge on personality development and
grammar while scrutinizing the candidate’s competency for the post applied.
