Subject : MAINTENANCE OF STUDENT SENATE ROOM

It’s been 4 months since October 2018 student senator have been inaugurated. We are
responsible in order to help student affairs in doing their programs. Since we work in student senator
room, we felt inconvenient with the condition of the room. This report written to explain what are the
problems, solutions and conclusion of this matter.

THE PROBLEM : SITUATION IN STUDENT SENATE ROOM

Our student senate room has 2 air conditioner and both of them doesn't work well. That's makes our
room feels warm and uncomfortable. Beside of that, our room has so many staf that doesn’t belongs to
ours. So when we have meeting, there are so many mosquito in our room. Last but not least, there are
so many hole at our rooftop. So when rainy day come the sprinkle of water come into our room. In order
to support out productivity, we hope there is a renovation for student senator room.

THE SOLUTION : MAINTENANCE OF STUDENT SENATE ROOM

In order to support out productivity and keep our room comfortable.We arrange schedule
everyday for cleaning up the room.

Replace The Air Conditioner

To make our room feels cold, we think that replace the old one with the new one is the best thing. Or
maybe if the air conditioner too expensive, for temporary providing a fan in student senate room is the
good one. As a preventive act, the new air conditioner must be cleaned frequently so it can be damaged.

Fix The Hole In Rooftop

Perhaps as a Vice Chairman of Academics, you can facilitate us with a fan so the air will not to be warm
again. And for the roof, maybe you can fix it so when rainy day come we don’t have to be worry about
staf in student senator room. We’re all want to have room that can support all of our job as a student
senator. So in that way we can help student affairs programs to run ours programs.

In closing, if you approve and realized renovate room plan, we’re all happy and glad to do our
work. As our romm will be renovate we hope our spirit and responsibility as our student senator will be
much better than before. Because we have room for work as convenient as well. This will result in our
output.
