materials from M/S Swat Industry Lahore against FESCO P.O. No. 293 dated 30-12-2014 (Cp-1)

The joint inspection of material was carried out by the undersigned a/w Mr. Mian Abdul Shakoor,
Addl. Manager (CM) CSC HQ FESCO, Faisalabad on _____________ at the manufacturer
premises. Total quantity of material was found ready for inspection weight of 10% reels were
checked and found as mentioned in packing list (Cp- ). Samples from different reels were
selected at random from offered Enameled Copper Wires of different sizes.
Following tests were performed as per Specification BSS-4516 Part-I.
1. Overall diameter.
2. Bare Conductor diameter.
3. Increase in diameter. (enamel thickness)
4. Electrical Resistance at 20C
5. Resistance to enamel solvent Test.
6. Menderal Winding test.
7. Heat Shock test
8. Cut through Test.
9. Resistance to abrasion test.
10. Cure Test.
11. Breakdown voltage test.
12. Percentage elongation test.
13. Springiness test.
14. Peel Test/Jerk Test.

The results of all above tests were found within specified limits and placed at (Cp-

The material has been sealed with WAPDA Lead Impression MI-539

The Nomination letter is placed at Cp-

As all the specified tests carried out in accordance with the relevant standard / specification / special
conditions and no deviation has been noticed, as such approval may please be accorded for issuance
of Inspection Certificate for acceptance of the following material:-
