Subject: Semestral Bonus for Faculty Members with Outstanding Performance

Starting March 2019, we will introduce the following modification in our college policy with
regards to outstanding performance. Once every semester, one faculty member from each college
will be awarded special semestral bonus for outstanding performance.

The requirement for each awardee is to have the best faculty member portfolio containing the
documentation and progress of their handled classes.

We will have a meeting on March 19, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to discuss the final list of faculty
members who are eligible for the bonus. If you have any questions or comments, please let me
know before the meeting.

Why I accepted social cultural language important in the professional world?

Language is a system that helps people express thoughts, feelings and meaning through
symbols and sounds. It is a very useful tool to communicate with other people easily. For some
people it language is a barrier that blocks oneness among countries. In Philippines, we use
filipino as our main language. Hence, our country is equipped with more than three dialects.
