Working in the member services department.

Working as a cashier.
Duties include, handling and receiving money from customers.
Bringing customers their shoes, size checking and doing special
orders to their homes. As well as closing tills, verifying deposit
for the total store earnings.

Tropical Nights Restaurant & Lounge 2018-2019

Working as a server/bartender. Duties include, serving guests
food and drinks. Working behind bar mixing cocktails, doing
bottle service for customers. Assisting in any customer needs
and helping co-workers with problem solving.

H&M 2016-2018
Worked as a Sales Associate. Duties included, working in
fitting rooms, cashing customers out, working in the ladies’,
men’s, and children department. Providing customer service
on the floor, informing customer of new promotions, goals,
and or current sales. Handling visual merchandising, as well
as dressing mannequins for weekly looks. Handling and
processing shipment, as well as helping to open the store
for morning shifts, and closing the store for night shifts .

Browns Shoes 2017-2018

 Worked as a Sales Associate. Duties included, working in
a goal driven environment, meeting monthly quotas,
providing excellent customer service. Always greeting
a customer upon arrival, and attending to each one sufficiently.

Urban Planet 2016

Worked as a Sales Associate. Helping customers with any
fashion needs and or inquires worked in fitting rooms, as
well as helping customers with sizing choices and personal
personal shopping. As well as closing and cleaning the store
at the end of the shift

Hollywood Cone 2016

Worked as a cashier, and current key holder. Training employees’ as
well as greeting customers upon arrival, and taking orders. Handling
incoming shipments. Doing stock during shifts, closing the store.
Making product, as well as working on dish and keeping the store clean
regularly.

Hunan’s Chinese Restaurant 2016

Worked as a cahier. Greeting customers upon arrival taking orders
and cashing customers out. Answering phone calls for takeout and
delivery. Putting orders together as well as cleaning front before
the end of a shift.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill 2015- 2016

Worked as a Hostess. Greeted customers, brought them to their tables.
Answered phones, took takeout orders on occasions. Brought food
to customers. Worked on expo line when needed. Managed waiting
when busy. Helped close, and always thanked customers on their
way out.

Mandarin Restaurant 2014

to their server. Answered phones and managed the waiting list
during busy times. Thanked each guest individually when they were
leaving.
