Primary 6 Supplementary Lessons (Mainstream & BiCEP) - 25 May, 28 May, 30 May and 31 May

Dear Parents/Guardians,

School Disti nction Award

Please be informed that Supplementary Lessons for Primary 6 pupils will be conducted from
Friday 25 May, Monday 28 May, Wednesday 30 May and Thursday 31 May 2018. The schedule
for the various classes is attached for your reference.

2. All pupils are to report to school at 7.25 a.m. for the supplementary lessons. The school

canteen will remain in operation during this period.

3. Please make the necessary transport arrangements for your child/ward on the
abovementioned days. If your child/ward takes the school bus, please liaise with the school bus Sports

drivers directly to ferry him/her on the affected days.

4. Pupils are required to submit a medical certificate or letter of absence to their subject
teacher(s) should they not be able to turn up for any of the lessons.
Physical Fitness

5. Kindly submit the acknowledgement slip through your child/ward’s Form Teacher by
Wednesday 25 April 2018.
