the attached application form and send to the “Pro-Act Training and Development Centre [Electrical], 4/F VTC Kwai Chung Complex, 13-19
San Kwai Street, Kwai Chung, N.T.” by mail or by hand. The commencement of the class is subject to sufficient number of applicants.

2. * The Certificate holder can apply for the registration of “Registered Semi-skilled Worker (designated trade)” from “Construction Workers
Registration Authority” after passing the Intermediate Trade Test organized by the “Construction Industry Council Training Academy”.

3. The Media of Instruction is in English.
