It is respectfully submitted that the predecessor-in-interest of the

Applicants namely Syed Muhammad Muzahir Ashraf died at Lahore on
17.01.2014. At the time of his death, the above mentioned securities were in the
name of deceased. The present applicants being the only surviving legal heirs
are entitled to inherit these assets according to Islam & Shariah.

Certificates as Annexure B, Copyies of Saving Certificates as Annexure C, Copies
of CNIC of the Plaintiffs as Annuexure D respectively.
