P.C. :

1. For the reasons separately recorded, the application is allowed

and the applicant is enlarged on bail, in connection with C.R.No.169 of

2019 registered with the Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged

offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2), 384, 328 and 506 of the

Indian Penal Code, on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

i) The Applicant - Karan Oberoi be released on cash bail in the sum of

Rs.50,000/-, for a period of eight weeks;

ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of eight weeks, furnish

P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like

amount;

iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station, on 20 th

June, 2019 and furnish all details that he intends to submit to the concerned

Police Station;

iv) The Applicant shall not contact the complainant or any person

concerned with the case;

v) The Applicant shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial.

2. The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Application being

Criminal Application No.833 of 2019 does not survive and the same is also

disposed of.

4. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
