The project is for 2 laning with Paved Shoulder from Km 30+800 to Km 70+800 and 2
Laning without Paved Shoulder from Km 70+600 to Karnataka / Goa Border (km
84+120) of NH-4A in the State of Karnataka on EPC mode. The completion period is
30 months. The company has also won a new EPC Project valued at Rs.670.50 crore

new hybrid annuity project valued at Rs.1,004 crore in Madhya Pradesh
The project is for construction of road tunnel, viaduct and churhat bypass of
RewaSidhi section of NH-75E from chainage 33.2 to chainage 55.4 as cement concrete
pavement configuration in Madhya Pradesh.
The project pertains to widening of Tumkur-Shivamogga on NH 206 under National Highways Development Project phase I

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd (IRB), India’s leading and the largest highways
infrastructure developers bagged its third successive project from NHAI under Hybrid
Annuity Model (HAM) in the state of Gujarat.
The Company emerged as a preferred bidder for construction of eight lanes on the
Vadodara – Mumbai Expressway in the Gujarat, on the stretch having length of 23.740
Kms at the cost of Rs.2,043 Crs.
Key highlights of the Projects are as under:
• The project is in Gujarat for eight laning of stretch of 23.740 Kms on Vadodara –
Mumbai Expressway, between Padra and Vadodara, with cost outlay of Rs.2043 Crs.
• The concession will comprise 730 days for construction and 15 years Operations
& Maintenance rights thereafter.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) construction arm has won orders worth Rs.2,597 crore across
business segments.
L&T,transportation infrastructure business has secured an order worth Rs.1,047 crore.
The order is for the construction of the 8.7 Km long Dwarka Expressway in Haryana in
EPC mode from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)
L&T Construction's water and effluent treatment business has bagged an order worth
Rs.949 crore and its buildings and factories business has won an order worth Rs.601
crore.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded L&T one of the five
packages of Rs.75 billion Dwarka Expressway project in Haryana under the
Bharatmala project.
The package to build eight-lane expressway from Basai RoB to NH 8 - SPR intersection
in Haryana will be executed at a cost of Rs.10.47 billion under EPC (engineering,
construction and procurement) mode.
The completion period of the project is two years with maintenance period of four
years. Under the project, a minor bridge will be widened, additional ROBs, five VUP
(vehicle underpass), six Bus Bays with Bus Shelter will be erected and four Junction
Improvements will be carried out.

Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has bagged a road project worth Rs.770.04 crore in Uttar Pradesh
from NHAI.
The project is for rehabilitation and upgradation of two-lane to four-lane of national
highway stretch Dagamagpur-Lalganj section of NH-7. The project has to completed in
a period 30 months.

Toll road builder IRB Infrastructure Developers has bagged the `3,400-crore Hapur
Bypass Build Operate Transfer project. This is the company’s fourth successive project
win under the the Hybrid Annuity Model. _ e project comprises sixlaning of the
99.867-km stretch on NH-9 (earlier NH-24) on the Hapur Bypass, from Hapur to
Moradabad. IRB will get tolling rights on the project and pay a premium of `31.5 crore
to NHAI from the fourth year from the appointed date according to the provisions of
the concession agreement. Meanwhile, IRB has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from
National Highways Authority of India for all three projects recently bagged under the
Hybrid Annuity Model.
Sadbhav Infrastructure Project has bagged two road projects worth `1,567.92 crore
from NHAI in Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. The company has received a letter of
award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new hybrid annuity
project in Andhra Pradesh. Project bid price is `520.3 crore,” Sadbhav Infrastructure
Project said in a BSE filing today. The project is for a four-lane connectivity to
Visakhapatnam Port Road from 0.00 km to 12.700 km in Andhra Pradesh. Additionally,
I n a separate filing, the company said it has received a letter of award from NHAI for
new a hybrid annuity project worth `1,047.62 crore in Gujarat. The project is for
upgradation to four lane with paved shoulder of Bhimasar Junction of NH-41 to Anjar-
Bhuj up to Airport Junction from 0.00 km to 65.478 km of NH-341 in Gujarat.

conflicts. Two bypasses have also been proposed for the stretch. The concession
period of the projects is 17.5 years, including construction period of 2.5 years.

Adani Group recently entered into transport infrastructure and has bagged a `1,140
crore highway project won by a consortium led by its holding firm in Chhattisgarh
from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project involves four-
laning with paved shoulder of 53.3 km stretch on Bilaspur-Pathrapali section of NH-
111 (New NH-130) in Chhattisgarh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity
Mode (HAM). The construction period for the project has been fixed as 730 days
while operational period would be 15 years.
JMC Projects (India) Ltd (JMC) has secured new orders of `942 Crores from National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The scope of work is as follows: Four-laning of
Madurai-Chettikulam section of NH 785 in Tamil Nadu on EPC basis for `486 Crores
MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd in a joint venture (JV) with its partner, Long Jian
Road & Bridge Company Ltd, has received the Letter of Award from National Highway
Authority of India for a project under the Hybrid Annuity Model in Maharashtra for a
bid project cost of `1,182.87 crore. The project includes eight laning of Vadape to
Thane on National Highway NH-848 in Maharashtra. The project is under the new
Hybrid Annuity Mode, which are a mix of engineering, procurement and construction
(EPC) and build operate transfer (BOT) system. The Authority and the concessionaires
share the total project cost in the ratio of 40: 60 respectively.

Highway developer Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has bagged projects worth a total `4,114 crore
from state-run NHAI in Karnataka and Maharashtra. The projects are to be built on
'Hybrid Annuity Model. The scope of work in Karnataka involves four laning of
Byrapura to Challakere section of NH-150 A, while in Maharashtra, the task is four-
laning of three road sections of National Highway 166.

Highways builder Dilip Buildcon (DBL) recently announced that it has won a `1,004
crore road contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Madhya
Pradesh. The project involves construction of road tunnel, viaduct and Churhat Bypass
of Rewa Sidhi Section of NH 75E in Madhya Pradesh on build, operate and transfer
mode. The construction period of the project is 18 months.

Ashoka Buildcon recently bagged projects worth `1,687 crore from the National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a section of the Vadodara-Mumbai expressway
in Gujarat. The project, under the National Highways Development Project phase IV,
will be built under hybrid annuity mode

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded highway projects worth
`4,452.56 crore to IRB Infrastructure Developers and Oriental Structural Engineers in
Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. The other two works pertained to `1294.47 crore and
`998.70 crore projects for four-laning of 38 km stretch of Puducherry -
Poondiyankuppam section of NH 45A and 29 km section of Viluppuram - Puducherry
on NH 45A. Reports suggests that Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd was given the
`1,294.47 crore contract while the other went to IRB Infrastructure Developers.

Dilip Buildcon Ltd (DBL), a Bhopal-based EPC contractor, has been awarded a new
highway project order worth `936 crore in the State of Telengana under Bharatmala
Pariyojana. The projects include four laning of NH-161 from Mangloor (Design Km
86.788/ existing km 91.350) to Telengana/ Maharashtra border spanning 49 km in
Telangana under the Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The project has
a construction period of 24 months and an operation period of 15 years from COD.
MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd , in a joint venture (JV) with its partner, Long Jian
Road & Bridge Company Ltd has emerged as a prefferd bidder for 3 Hybrid Annuity
Road (HAM) Construction projects of National HighwaysAuthority of India, namely,
four laning of Ausa-Chakur, four laning of Chakur-Loha and four laning of Loha-
Waranga packages, in the state of Maharashtra, for an aggregate Bid project cost
`2921.83 crore.

These projects are under the new Hybrid Annuity Mode, which are a mix of
engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and build operate transfer (BOT)
system. The Authority and the concessionaires share the total project cost in the ratio
of 40: 60 respectively. This model of BOT Hybrid Annuity will definitely aid in reviving
the highway sector in the country.

The state highway construction company NHAI has awarded road project worth
`2,043 crore for the construction of highway in Gujarat. The company will be
constructing the eight lane Vadodara Kim expressway from 355 to 378.740 km (Padra
to Vadodara section of Vadodara Mumbai expressway) in Gujarat.

Ashoka Khairatunda Barwa Adda Road Ltd (SPV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashoka
Concessions Ltd, a subsidiary of the infrastructure development company Ashoka
Buildcon Ltd (ABL) has recently signed a Concession Agreement with National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the Project Six Laning of Khairatunda to Barwa
Adda Section of NH-2 from km. 360.300 to km. 400.132 in the State of Jharkhand
under NHDP Phase-V on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The cost of the project is estimated to
be `860.10 crore

Highway construction company Dilip Buildcon recently declared that the company has
executed contracts with the National Highways Authority of India for road projects
aggregating to `6,055 crore. The highway projects will be executed in Karnataka,
Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
The company has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways
Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) to execute around
528.4 km of highways.

3 per cent after bagging an order worth RS 1,157cr for a highway project in
Karnataka.The company announced the signing of a concession agreement on 16 July
2018 between National Highways Authority of India and Special Purpose Vehicle
incorporated for the following Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) NH project, secured
recently by the company.Further, the project relates to four laning of Challakere to
Hariyur section of NH 150 A and will be constructed in 24 months upon declaration of
the appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction. Until now, the
company has secured total seven NH projects on Hybrid Annuity Mode for an
aggregate bid project cost of RS 9,548cr. Of these, four are under construction and
three are under development. These projects are based in Rajasthan, Punjab,
Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi etc.

PNC Infra Wins Two EPC Packages of Purvanchal Expressway


Delhi-based PNC Infratech Ltd on Monday said that it has bagged two EPC Packages of
Lucknow – Ghazipur Six Lane Access Controlled Purvanchal Expressway Project in the
state of Uttar Pradesh for an aggregate quoted value of rS 2,520 crore.The price bids
were opened on Monday, July 9, 2018, with PNC’s bids being the lowest (L1) in two
packages. Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) is
the proponent for the 341.0 km long Green Field Expressway comprising eight
individual packages. Construction of each package is to be completed in 36 months on
EPC mode,” the company said in a BSE filing.

Gayatri Projects bags road projects in UP


Gayatri Projects has bagged two orders worth Rs 2759 crore for development of
Purvanchal Expressway project from Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial
Development Authority. The first order worth Rs 1,483 crore is for development of
Purvanchal Expressway project (Package-I) from Chand Sarai (Dist. Lucknow) to
Sansara (District Barabanki) in Uttar Pradesh, Gayatri Projects said in a BSE filing. The
second order worth Rs 1,276 crore is for development of Purvanchal Expressway
project (Package-II) from Sansara to Jaraikala (District Amethi) in Uttar Pradesh.

L&T Construction, the construction arm of Mumbai-based Larsen & Toubro (L&T)
declared that it has won new orders worth Rs 2,654 crore across its various business
segments.
The Transportation Infrastructure business of the company has bagged a new order
worth Rs 2,095 crore from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd
(MSRDC), for the construction of Package 10 of the Six-lane Nagpur Mumbai Super
Communication Expressway in the state of Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the company’s Heavy Civil Infrastructure business also bagged an order
worth Rs 559 crore from Maharashtra MSRDC for construction of the Thane Creek
Bridge-III. The project involves construction of a 1.837 Km dual bridge across the
Thane Creek Channel connecting Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Sadbhav Engineering bags order from Maharashtra State Road Development Corp
Sadbhav Engineering today said it has received letter of acceptance (LOA) from the
Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation for road project worth `1,620
crore. The order is for construction of access controlled Nagpur-Mumbai Super
Communication Expressway (Maharastra Samruddhi Mahamarg) in Maharashtra in
district Washim. "The company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from
Maharashtra State Road Development Corpn. Ltd. (A Government of Maharashtra
Undertaking) for the road project/work for a negotiated contract value of Rs 1,620
crore," Sadbhav Engineering said in a BSE filing. In a separate filing, the company said
it has also been declared the successful bidder (Ll) for other road and irrigation
projects worth Rs 1,299.98 crore.

Reliance Infrastructure has bagged an EPC contract valued at Rs 1,907 crore for
Package-7 of the Rs 46,000-crore Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway
(NMSCE), the company said in a statement. The work on the project, which includes
the design, engineering, procurement and construction of a six-lane expressway and
associated structures and project facilities, is to be completed in 30 months, the
company added.
Gayatri Projects said it has bagged a Rs 1,312.00 crore road project in Maharashtra. In
a BSE filing Gayatri Projects said, the order is for construction of access controlled
Nagpur-Mumbai super communication expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Maha
Marg) in Maharashtra on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode for
package -11, from 502.698 to 532.094 kilometer in District Ahmednagar.

Larsen & Toubro has won orders worth Rs 7,489 crore, which in to build two parts of
the Mumbai Coastal Road Project. The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai
(MCGM) has awarded L&T with packages 1 and package 4, of the ambitious project
that will connect south of Mumbai with North and reduce traffic congestion. The
project involves the construction of a 7.75 Km coastal road from Princess Street
Flyover to Baroda Palace including an underground tunnel passing below Girgaum
Chowpatty, Malabar Hills and Priyadarshini Park. The 'package 4' of the contract
involves the construction of a 3.93 km stretch of coastal road from Princess Street
Flyover to Priyadarshini Park. This entails construction of up and down ramps from
Marine Drive connecting to the underground road tunnel which will pass below
Girgaum Chowpatty, Malabar Hills and exit at Priyadarshini Park connecting to the
'package 1' of the project. The 'package 1' of the contract involves the construction of
a 3.82 km long, 8-lane highway over reclaimed land from Priyadarshini Park to Baroda
Palace including interchanges at Amarson Garden and Haji Ali. The Haji Ali
interchange will be a multilevel interchange inside Haji Ali bay providing connectivity
to the existing Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan Road.

Dilip Buildcon announced in a press release that DBL Rewa Sidhi Highways Private
Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary has received the appointed date of Dec 14, 2018
for a project from NHAI. The scope of the project includes the construction of a road
tunnel, viaduct, and Churhat Bypass of Rewa Sidhi Section of NH75E for a length of
15.350km as cement concrete pavement configuration in Madhya Pradesh on design,
build, transfer and operate (the DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.

Road developer MEP Infrastructure has achieved financial closure for a hybrid annuity
model (HAM) project in Maharashtra. The project involves the construction of eight
lanes on the Vadape-Thane section of NH-3, which currently has just four lanes.MEP
Longjian VTR Pvt Ltd, the SPV created for the project, has received Rs. 567.78 crore as
project finance, the company said. The rest of the funds for the project — bid at a
cost of Rs. 1,183 crore — will be contributed by MEP, through a Rs. 142-crore equity
infusion, and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through a Rs. 473-crore
grant. At present, MEP Infra has 10 operational projects, including six toll collection
projects in as many States, three OMT (operate-maintain-transfer) projects and one
BOT (build-operate-transfer) project.

Delhi-based PNC Infratech Ltd on Monday said that it has bagged two EPC Packages of
Lucknow – Ghazipur Six Lane Access Controlled Purvanchal Expressway Project in the
state of Uttar Pradesh for an aggregate quoted value of Rs. 2,520 crore.The price bids
were opened on Monday, July 9, 2018, with PNC’s bids being the lowest (L1) in two
packages. Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) is
the proponent for the 341.0 km long Green Field Expressway comprising eight
individual packages. Construction of each package is to be completed in 36 months on
EPC mode,” the company said in a BSE filing.
