IV. Academic Calendar Deliberation

 Ms. Torreda distributed the Academic Calendar to Faculty member,
Program Chairs and Coordinators
 Mr. Bolagao discussed the following dates and upcoming events for the
Academic Year 2019-2020
 Each program gave their date on their following activities for the whole
year
 School of Hospitality and Management
o Ms. Cruz gave her target date for the HM days which was on
February 17-18, 2020
 School of Business and Accountancy
o Ms. Briones gave her target date
o Mr. Bryan and Mr. Rodel confirmed that chairs are not enough
for all SHS students, then Ms. Beverly suggested that students
are better to sit on the floor to be more focus on the guest
speaker.
