Subject: Induction of Tank Truck (GJ-12-BW-5927) of Raja PETROLEUM, Jamnagar Dist.

for taking supplies for their own Retail Outlet, Ex- Vadinar Depot.

Background:

Raja Petroleum, Jamnagar, Dist. – Jamnagar is a “A” site RO under Jamnagar I sales area, The
RO was commissioned on 19.08.1982. The RO is a proprietorship firm and RO is being operated
as per constitution.

The average monthly sale of the RO is MS 12 KL & HSD 280 KL. At present RO is not having any
TT in the current contract.

It is proposed to induct Tank Truck (GJ-12-BW-5927 of 29 KL capacity) of Raja Petroleum,

Jamnagar, Dist. Jamnagar for taking supplies from Vadinar for their own RO in the current
transportation contract.

RO Dealer vide letter dated 01.02.2019 has requested for induction of own TT (GJ-12-BW-5927
of 29 KL capacity) in the POL transportation contract 2014-19. Copies of following documents are
attached herewith

1. Copy of RC Book.
2. Copy of Insurance Policy.
3. Copy of Certificate of Fitness
4. Copy of Goods carriage Permit.
5. Copy of Calibration certificate.
6. Copy of Expl. License.
7. Undertaking

Justification:

Raja Petroleum, Jamnagar, Dist. Jamnagar, is having current average monthly sale 292 KL.

M/s Raja Petroleum, Jamnagar, Dist. Jamnagar, has requested for induction of TT for taking of
supplies for its RO. Copy of request letter from the dealer is attached herewith.

Existing term and conditions along with the prevailing transportation rates are acceptable to them.

Since the RO is having supply of MS & HSD from Vadinar. Induction of dealer’s TT will not only
help to smoothen regular supplies to the RO but ensure supplies to RO in the situations like week-
ends, prolonged holidays or peak or sudden demand situation where the supplies are affected
due to shortage of TT resulting in partial / full dry outs of RO.
